Sales / Art Advisor_Supply_Sales

We are looking for a high net worth sales team member to join our Bussiness Team - Collectibles & Investiment division in a position that will be fundamental to our growth.

Business content you want to request

- Sales to private art collectors
- Sales activities to corporations (art galleries and art dealers)
- Planning and execution of measures to develop new individual and corporate clients
- Overseas sales activities to develop new clients, including business trips to overseas art fairs, etc.
- Online communication using e-mail, SNS, Zoom, and offline communication including overseas business trips.
- Sales data and customer data management using Notion, Google Spreadsheet, and Salesforce.

We have a training program on art sales as an onboarding program to help you achieve results within 3 months of joining the company.

Essential skill

■ Required Requirements
- Business level English skills (reading, writing, conversation and negotiation)
- A desire to learn more about the contemporary art industry.
- A willingness to learn about the contemporary art industry.
- A keen interest in finance and investment, and the ability to keep up to date with the latest information and continue to learn.
- Standard PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IT literacy
 - Must be able to keep up with the latest IT skills at all times
 - Tools used: Salesforce / Notion / Kintone / Slack / Zoom / SNS, etc.

■ Required Experience/Achievements
- Experience in individual or corporate sales (3 years or more)
- Experience in lead generation by yourself (referral sales experience)
Experience in any of the following
- Experience receiving recognition/reward for individual performance
- Experience receiving awards for individual performance

Preferential skill

- Business level Chinese (online and offline conversation and negotiation including reading and writing)
- Experience in customer service and sales for high net worth clients at a private bank or brokerage firm (retail).
- Proven track record in dealing with investment products and high-end products
- Experience in sales at a start-up or venture company
- Experience in sales at an auction company.
- Experience negotiating with contemporary art collectors.

Salary

Fixed monthly salary of 220,000 yen or more + performance-based compensation based on sales

Work location

The Wall 3F, 4-2-4 Nishiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo

[Access]
10 minutes walk from Roppongi Station on the Toei Oedo Line or Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Line.

Working hours

Flexible working hours (core hours: 11:00 to 15:00)

- 2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays)
- Summer vacation
- New Year vacations
