Requested work content
・Sales activities to new and existing high net worth clients
・Planning and execution of measures to develop new clients
Propose artworks based on customer needs and communicate with them up to purchase support
(Online communication using e-mail and SNS, as well as offline communication by phone and in-person visits)
・Sales data and customer data management using Notion, Google Spreadsheet, and Salesforce
・Closing the sale (customer follow-up and support)
・Building ongoing relationships with existing clients through periodic meetings.
*Training programs on art sales are available as on-boarding in order to achieve results within 3 months of joining the company.
Essential skill
■ Required Requirements
・Must be able to share our vision.
・A willingness to learn about the contemporary art industry.
・Able to collect and analyze information on the purchasing behavior of high-net-worth individuals.
・The candidate must be interested in finance and investment, and must be able to keep up with the latest information and continue to learn.
・Standard PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IT literacy
- Tools used: Salesforce / Notion / Kintone / Slack
■ Required Experience/Achievements
・Experience in personal sales (3 years or more, high net worth individuals are a plus)
・Experience in lead generation by yourself (referral sales is a plus)

・Received recognition/reward for individual performance
・Have received awards for personal performance
・Handled investment products
Preferential skills
・Experience or proven track record in customer service and sales for high net worth clients at a private bank or securities company (retail).
・Experience in sales at a start-up or venture company.
・Experience in negotiating with executives and managers of listed companies.

Fixed monthly salary of 220,000 yen or more + performance-based compensation based on sales
