Apology for Leakage of Customer Information

We have discovered that customers who have registered as users of our “TRiCERA ART” service and meet certain conditions were connected to a different account than the one they registered with when they logged in, and were able to view some of their personal information under a different account. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may have caused.


We will contact the affected customers individually with details of the impact and measures to prevent a reoccurrence.


We take this incident very seriously, and we will take the handling of personal information very seriously, and will review our operation and management system to prevent recurrence.


Outline of the Incident

On the 10th May, 2022, we received a notice from a customer and confirmed the above incident.

The scope of the impact is as follows.

7 customers whose personal information may have been leaked

Name, telephone number, address


Details

1 person’s information could be viewed by up to 38 people

1 person’s information could be viewed by up to 6 people

2 persons’ information could be viewed by up to 11 persons

3 persons’ information could be viewed by up to 141 persons


Further Action

We will contact each of the affected customers individually with an apology, details of the impact, and measures to prevent a recurrence.
